Terms
These terms are between you and [[ENTITY NEEDED]], which operates Priorprice. Questions go to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]].
What is offered
The free capture reads one public product page when you ask and shows what it read. The ledger costs $29 a month for one store and up to 100 of its product pages, billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. It delivers a capture of every listed page each morning from the public page, a private ledger page, a signed prior-price receipt for any page and date, and an email the morning a reduction is seen.
What a receipt says, and what it does not
A receipt is a record of what a public page showed on each of 30 mornings and the lowest of those prices, derived under Article 6a(2) of Directive 98/6/EC as the method describes. It does not say that a price display meets the law, and it is not legal advice. Days the capture could not read are printed as missing, and a missing day may have hidden a lower price.
Your part
List only product pages of a store you run or act for. Do not use the free capture to send a store more requests than a shopper would.
When a morning is missed
The capture runs once a day at 05:00 UTC. A morning it could not read is printed as missing, with the reason. When a morning is missed because of a fault on our side, write to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]] and that month's charge is credited in proportion to the mornings missed.
Cancelling
Write to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]] to cancel. The subscription ends at the close of the month already paid, and captures stop then. Receipts already issued stay valid and can still be checked on the verifier.
Changes and limits
A change to the price is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit. These terms are governed by the law of the place where [[ENTITY NEEDED]] is established, without taking away any protection your own consumer law gives you.
